Shipping is carried out by USPS.
Order processing usually takes place within 24 hours.
All orders are generally dispatched the same or the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or US national holidays will be shipped within the next two business days.
In case of having vast amount of orders shipments may be delayed for a few days. In the event of experiencing considerable delays, you will be notified about it via e-mail or telephone call.

Shipping rates for your order are calculated considering the country of delivery, the discounts and the total sum of your order. The shipping charges for delivery will be displayed to you immediately upon checkout.
We offer FREE shipping on orders above $20 within the US.
Shipment confirmation and tracking
You will be notified once your order is shipped by receiving Shipment Confirmation E-mail, containing the track number of your order.
Herbalicious LLC bears responsibility for orders damaged or lost during shipping. In case you receive your order damaged, do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com to file a claim and receive replacement or reimbursement for the damaged products. It is required to present packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.

Customs, duties and taxes
Herbalicious LLC is not liable for taxes and customs applied to your order. The fees imposed on orders are dictated by your state tax laws.
You may cancel your order by contacting us via E-mail or phone. Cancellation is considered duly made once you receive a response from our customer care department about confirmation thereof. Please note that cancellation cannot be applied to orders already processed in our warehouse.

We guarantee the high quality of our products, yet if you are for any reason discontented with our products, we are offering a 30-day warranty to our customers to return them back. We will fully reimburse the customer by paying the original price of the product.
In order to initiate the return, the following conditions shall be met;
- The product must be in its original packaging and conditions.
- Return shall be organized within 30 days following the delivery.
- RMA number must be clearly marked.
We may offer a partial refund in case the product is damaged or has missing parts.
